As President of Deufol North America, Bill has embraced and executed Deufol’s global strategy — allowing him and his team to pioneer new directions for the company in both new business segments and a dynamic Kaizen/continuous improvement-driven culture. Bill and the team have led the organization to new heights thanks to resilient responses as well as creative breakthroughs in Contract Packaging, Data Packaging, Medical Packaging, and Aviation Engineering Services.

About Bill

Bill Morgan lives in Cincinnati, Ohio and works in Sunman, Indiana. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Marketing.

Prior to his time at Deufol, Bill worked in marketing providing services to an assortment of clients including PepsiCo, Quaker, Lionel, and Carhartt. He also worked as a National Sales Manager for ten years providing marketing and products to Target, Kmart, Kroger, Whole Foods and other national retailers.

He began his successful career at Deufol in 2004. Since then, Bill pursued operational, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Continuous improvement excellence taking the US operations to new levels of performance. Bill and his team have embraced the global acquisition strategy and successfully executed acquisitions plans and integrations. Throughout all the progress in the U.S., he has learned that the key to achievement at Deufol is based on building a trusting and powerful team through creativity and the “Removing Limits” mindset. Every year is an adventure, and Bill and Deufol are always looking for the next challenge.

Bill is a devoted husband and father who enjoys living on a farm with his wife and three sons. He is also a musician, woodworking craftsman and likes to spend most of his vacations and spare time horseback riding in the Appalachian and Rocky Mountain ranges.
